To register with TXU as a Minority / Woman-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE), please follow the instructions below.

1. Select "Supplier Profile Questionnaire" on the menu located to the left.
   
   
2. Complete and submit the On-line Supplier Profile Questionnaire. REQUIRED FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED TO SUBMIT PROFILE.
   
   
3. A copy of your M/WBE certification(s) must be received in order to complete the process for inclusion in the Supplier Diversity Directory.

NOTE: Duplicate applications may cause a delay in the processing of your profile.

To update information
Access Supplier Profile and select "Updated". Enter your updated information and submit. Revisions will be processed in the Supplier Diversity Directory.

TXU Energy (REP Certificate No. 10004) and Luminant are not the same company as Oncor Electric Delivery and are not regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and you do not have to buy TXU Energy's or Luminant's products to continue to receive quality regulated services from Oncor Electric Delivery.
