TXU Energy - Call answer times dropped from an average of 268 seconds in 2003 to an average of 39 seconds in 2004, an improvement of 85%. TXU Energy - Footnote 1 for Mass Market Customer Churn Rate TXU Energy - The native mass market customer churn rate dropped from 6.2% in 2003 to 4.8% in 2004, an improvement of 23%. TXU Energy Operational Improvement 03-04 TXU Power - The baseload generation output increased from 59% in 2003 to 61.3% in 2004, an improvement of 4%. TXU Power - The baseload capacity factor increased from 85.7% in 2003 to 88.5% in 2004, an improvement of 3%. TXU Electric Delivery - Footnote 2 for Reliability SAIDI TXU Electric Delivery - Reliability as measured by SAIDI – the number of minutes a year the average customer is out of service – rose from 74.2 minutes in 2003 to 75.5 minutes in 2004, an unfavorable increase of 2%. TXU Electric Delivery - Footnote 3 for Reliability SAIFI TXU Electric Delivery - Reliability as measured by SAIFI – the number of times in a year the average customer is out of service – decreased from 1.17 interruptions in 2003 to 1.10 interruptions in 2004, an improvement of 6%.
